Works great as a brush, the large head makes it easy to brush a cat even when they are not cooperating. It does pick up a good amount of loose hair. Cleaning the brush is also really simple and easy. The steam function isn't really something my cats have any interest in, matter of fact they are scared of it.

Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FURFLO, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding holidays).

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it enters processing and cannot be canceled.

If you no longer want the item, please accept delivery and request a return per our Refund Policy. Once we receive the return, we’ll process your refund.

Priority + Insured Shipping (Shipping Protection)

If you selected Shipping Protection at checkout and your parcel is lost in transit, you can choose a free reshipment or a refund after our carrier investigation.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

FURFLO is not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect/insufficient addresses provided by the customer.

If we make an error, we will reship your original order at no charge.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees once the parcel reaches your country.

These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking Information

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.

Some economy services provide limited tracking visibility in certain regions.

“No Information Available” on Tracking

Tracking can take 2–5 business days to update after dispatch.

If it’s been more than 5 business days with no updates, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Lost / Missing Packages

If your parcel shows Delivered but you can’t locate it, please:

1. Check with household members/security/front desk,

2. Look around delivery areas, and

3. Contact your local post office/courier.

If still unresolved, email us within 7 days of the “Delivered” scan so we can open a carrier trace.

Orders with Shipping Protection qualify for reship or refund if confirmed lost in transit.

Partial Shipments & Multiple Items

For multi-item orders, items may ship separately to speed up delivery. You’ll receive separate tracking if applicable.
